Dr. Roletto is R&D Director of Procos S.p.A. He joined Procos in 2007, as the R&D Group Leader and currently he is in charge of the R&D Lab Process and Analytical Development Department, managing a team of about 50 researchers and he is in charge also of some small manufacturing Units dedicated to High Potent API. He is involved in the management of several projects on both the custom manufacturing and generic business sectors. During these 16 years at Procos, the R&D Department was able to develop and scale up many new processes participating and strongly contributing to the growth of the company. Before joining Procos, Dr. Roletto spent 13 years, from 1994 – 2007, working in process development at Antibioticos S.p.A. (now Olon S.p.A.) mainly working on antibiotics, anticancer and immunosuppressant HPAPI. In 1993, he graduated cum Laude in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Turin and in 2004, he obtained the Degree in “Specialization School in Organic Synthesis” at the University of Milan. He is author or co-author of 36 International and/or national patent/patent applications and of 6 scientific publications.
